1:1 Coaching Services

The CoachEd Journey aims to build capacity across the system by advocating the benefits of a coaching culture and in doing so offers the services to contribute to this cause. The 1:1 services below are designed to offer a range of options, include the bespoke development of your coaching package.

Coaching isn't for everyone all the time. Your prior experiences, your attitudes towards change and even the chemistry between a coach and coachee can all have a significant baring on the likelihood of success.

To help you get it right, we will always start with a 20-30 minute connection session. This way you can build an understanding of how the process might works. This is a non-obligation session that costs you nothing.

Response

These ad-hoc sessions are provided to clients as they meet and navigate challenges in their leadership and management roles.

Depending on location and the urgency of the need to meet these sessions can be in person or on line and last upto 60 minutes.

In most cases leaders and managers will be aware of strategic change landscape ahead of them. Some will see what's on the horizon and anticipate that what is coming next will be challenging. In these cases, knowing that there is a dynamic and predictable coaching service available to them with little notice provides stablibility and comfort. Sessions can be online or in person depending on the time and urgency of the meeting and location of the client, and sessions last between 30-60 minutes depending on the scope of what you would like to explore.

An important part of The CoachEd Journey is that you are empowered to shape almost everything.
